She has a coordinating approach to the collection project from a creative point of view, based on research, in order to achieve the objective set by the client. Luisella interprets the company's styles wisely and seriously, creating emotions and conveying precise messages. She maintains relations with companies not only limited to the design and creation of the collection, but also provides specific and constant on-site assistance with the development of models.

Finally, she coordinates and supports the client in the presentation of collections through shoots, photo look books and videos.
